What is a pre-order?

A pre order is when an item is listed on the website for sale but isn't ready to dispatched until a certain date. This date is specified within the description next to the product on the website.

How can I pre-order an item?

In order to pre-order a product you can view the item on the website, select it as you would a normal purchase by clicking on the colour/size you would like and add to cart. You can then continue to shop, or you can checkout with just the pre-ordered item in your cart and pay via your chosen payment method listed.

Why are we offering pre-orders?

We are offering pre orders so that we can allow customers to pay and hold the items that they want, to guarantee that they will receive the product within a set period of time. Pre-ordering means that we can choose the items you love, and hold less inventory. 

Which products are available for pre-order?/How do I know my orders a pre order?

The products available for pre-order changes on a daily basis. It will state within the name of a product or in the description whether it is a pre order item. For example "Pre Order Blue Knit Jane."

It will state within the description how long it will take for your entire order to arrive with you. For example, within the description it will state "your entire order will be shipped within 7-10 working days." The shipping time will vary between products, but you'll always receive a shipping email when your order has been shipped! 

Any items that you have ordered that include a pre order item are shipped when the pre order item arrives in our warehouse.
 

Once a product sells out completely it will no longer be available to pre-order from us.

Can I return my pre-order item/s?

Yes you can! As long as they are within the returns time frame. The time frame starts from when your order is dispatched out to you. View our full returns policy below.
