What is your shipping policy?

£3.50 Returns

1) Use the following link to fill in your details, https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/4408. 

You'll be emailed a QR code to take straight to the post office - no printer needed! 

2) Complete your returns slip with your return reason and place this inside of your parcel. 

When using this service, £3.50 is deducted from the total value of the item/s returned. This is the quickest and easiest way to return to us!
